The Chesterton Partnership

The Chesterton Partnership comprises Network Rail, DB Cargo and Brookgate. The partnership was formed to transform the derelict ‘brownfield’ district around Cambridge North Station into a new vibrant, sustainable and highly connected mixed use community. The Chesterton Partnership continues to work with landowners within the new district area, such as Cambridge City Council, and key stakeholders to develop the vision for the new community.

The Team

Brookgate, the development company for Cambridge North, specialises in mixed-use regeneration projects. Partnering with the public sector, it turns areas that were once ailing or run down into thriving, vibrant communities that cities can be proud of.
