Commercial Quarter

The 217 bed Novotel Hotel and 94,000 sq ft One Cambridge Square office buildings have already opened.

In the next phase the Commercial Quarter will provide a mixture of up to 540,000 sq ft (NIA) of new science and technology space and high-quality offices across five new buildings.

1 and 3 Station Row
These are two buildings of approximately 90,000 sq ft (NIA) each will be lab enabled offices capable of supporting a range of wet and dry science and technology tenants. The buildings will be capable of hosting science incubator / start-up businesses. as well as a variety of small to larger tenants. Typical floor plates of circa 25,000-30,000 sq ft are flexible and sub-divisible to allow a range of occupier space from circa 5,000 sq ft

1 Chesterton Square
Prominently located on Chesterton Square this building will provide approximately 160,000 sq ft (NIA) of lab enabled offices capable supporting a range of wet and dry science and technology tenants. The building will be capable of hosting a variety of tenants from establish local, national and international tenants. Typical floor plates of circa 40,000-45,000 sq ft are flexible and sub-divisible to allow a range of occupier space from circa 10,000 sq ft

1 Milton Avenue
Located on Milton Avenue adjacent to One Cambridge Square and close to the station this building will provide approximately 110,000 sq ft (NIA) of high-quality offices space which is targeting Breeam Outstanding accreditation. The building will be highly serviced and capable of supporting a range of traditional office occupiers and a dry science and technology tenants. The building will be capable of hosting a variety of tenants from established local businesses as well as national and international tenants.
